A Legacy Built on Strategic Vision

Started in December 2019 and formally incorporated in February 2020, Elise Enterprise is an owner-operated holding company built around a simple belief — that a small, focused team with the right vision can build something lasting. The owner manages and operates across all ventures with the support of a dedicated six-person team.


We don't chase scale for its own sake. Every venture under the Elise umbrella exists because it solves a real problem, fills a real gap, or creates a real experience — and each one reflects the same standard of quality and intention.

Founder & Owner — Elise Enterprise
Manages and operates all five ventures under the Elise umbrella — from construction consulting and software development to vehicle storage, coffee, and motorsport. Brings a rare dual perspective to project controls, with hands-on experience on both the Owner and General Contractor side — including Owner's Representative roles — across some of the most complex high-tech construction programs in the world. Bilingual in English and Korean, enabling Elise Enterprise to serve multinational clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The entrepreneurial journey starts — an early chapter that laid the foundation for independent thinking, business ownership, and the drive to build something of lasting value.
2009
Career Begins in High-Tech Construction
Started as a Tool Install Project Scheduler — developing CPM schedules, managing critical path analysis, and building a foundation in large-scale semiconductor and high-tech construction programs.
2013
Senior Planning & Scheduling
Stepped into a Master Scheduler role managing global Primavera P6 environments, schedule integration across Base Build, Tool Install, and Facility projects, and delivering KPI leadership for high-tech project teams.
2016
Construction Project Management
Advanced into project management within the semiconductor industry — overseeing global P6 environments, contractor schedule compliance, and leading cross-functional teams on mission-critical high-tech facility programs.

Founding of Elise Enterprise
After over a decade at the forefront of high-tech construction, Peter K. Kim launched Elise Enterprise in December 2019 — formally incorporated in February 2020. Built to deliver independent project controls and schedule management consulting to some of the most complex construction programs in North America and Europe.
2020 – 2024
Major Project Portfolio — $40B+ in Programs
Delivered consulting on flagship projects including a $3B Microchip Fab in Manassas, VA; a €1B Data Center in Europe; a $15B mixed-use development in Sunnyvale, CA; a $20B Microchip Fab in Chandler, AZ; and a Microchip Fab Tool Install program in North Phoenix, AZ — two separate clients, two landmark programs — among others across the US and Canada.

Genki Motorsport — Founded & Incorporated
Genki Motorsport began as a passion in 2005, formally incorporated in 2024 — importing collectible vehicles primarily from Japan, with reach across Europe and Asia, and delivering track day experiences for the automotive community.
2023
Cuppa Takes to the Road
Cuppa launches as a mobile craft coffee experience in Las Vegas — built around traditional coffee culture and a community that appreciates the finer things.
2026
Heritage Reserve — Opening Soon
Founded in 2026, Heritage Reserve is opening its doors in Las Vegas within weeks — a premium private storage facility for collectible and high-end vehicles, built for those who take their passion seriously.

PlainView — From Expertise to Software
Years of hands-on scheduling experience shape PlainView — a project and schedule analysis platform built for construction companies and general contractors. Currently in testing, with a go-live planned for early July 2026.
